HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Cost to be a part of Team Washington is roughly $600 per trip.    Fees for Duals include: flights, transportation, entry fees, 2 competition singlets, hotel, coaching and national team camps.  Fees for Fargo include: hotel, registration, camps, coaching and ground transportation while at the event.

A $300 Non-refundable deposits is due by May 20 at midnight to secure your spot.

National Team gear is optional however you must have a Red and Blue Team Washington singlets for USMC in Fargo.  Prior year’s team issued & approved singlets can be worn.  No club singlets or individually designed singlets are allowed per USAW rules.

HOW DO I QUALIFY

To qualify, you need to participate at the WSWA Freestyle & Greco State Championships. The tournament is May 4th-5th at the HAPO Center in Pasco, WA.  Athletes that place top 3 at WSWA State, place at any UWW Event, or place top 6 at any USAW Regional Event automatically qualify for Fargo (athletes must qualify in each style and age group independently). If you place 4th or lower at the WSWA State Tournament you may still be able to participate at USMC by filling out our Petition form online.  Contact Justin Newby by email (jnewbyusa@gmail.com) if you have additional questions. 

Those wrestlers that are attending National Duals and/or the USMC USAW 16U & Junior National Championships should be in attendance at our National Team Training Camp hosted by WSWA at Riverview Bible Camp, Memorial Day Weekend - May.
