-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

What a season!  Thank you to everyone who helped in one way or another.  Washington State Wrestling has officially broken into the 5 digits in membership numbers.  Very few states have gone over 10,000 members.  This summer we brought home 42 All-Americans, 9 Finalists, 3 Champs and a Women's National Team Title in Fargo, ND.  Our duals teams were very competitive while wrestling in Indiana, Washington and Oklahoma, as well as Idaho at Western State Championships - Just to name a few highlights!

We invite everyone to join us at our General Membership meeting in Ellensburg at the Hal Holmes Community Center.  We will be recapping this past season as well as setting our tournament schedule for the 2019-2020 season.  At the meeting, we will also be voting in board members.  If you are interested in joining our Washington State Wrestling leadership team, we have a few open positions: State Chairperson, Schoolboy Director, Membership Director, Pairing Director, Cadet Director and Treasurer - All are 2 year positions.

On August 22, 2019 you will be able to begin renewing/purchasing your USAW membership and chartering your clubs for 2019-2020 season.

WSWA would like to thank you all for your dedication and commitment to this great sport, we are looking forward to another fantastic season.  If you need anything, please do not hesitate to contact Justin Newby at jnewbyusa@gmail.com or 360-920-0383.
