Chuck Bullard, past State Director for WSWA passed away on March 24, 2014.  A Celebration of His Life was held on April 5, 2014.  Chuck is third from the left in the photo with his family.  His wife Sherry is next to him.  RIP Chuck and stay ChuckStrong.
